Use the tabs at the top to switch between collection types (Trains, Buses, etc.). Go to โ๏ธ Lists โ Collection Types to add, edit or remove collection types. Each type can have its own relevant fields.
Select a collection type tab, click โ New Item, fill in the fields, click ๐พ Save.
Click any dropdown and start typing to filter. If a value isn't there, type it and click โ Add to save it permanently.
File โ Export Backup saves everything to a .json file. Copy this to your external hard drive regularly. File โ Import Backup restores it.
Core fields (Name, Make, Catalogue No, Location, Valuation, Condition) are always shown. Tick the additional fields relevant to this collection type.
